The Central Valley’s newest cardroom, Golden Valley Casino, opened for business Thursday, May 2 at 1714 Martin Luther King Jr. Way in downtown Merced. Formerly Poker Flats, the facility is under new ownership and management with expansion and remodeling plans underway.
They currently have three poker tables plus one offering Pure 21.5 Blackjack. They have poker tournaments twice a day—every day at 10 a.m., Monday and Tuesday at 6 p.m., and Wednesday through Sunday at 7 p.m. All are $25 buy-ins.
