Livermore Casino has Toys for Tots

On Dec. 15, Livermore Casino hosted a Toys for Tots Drive that coincided with their December Deep Stack Tournament. Hundreds of toys were donated to Toys for Tots, which truly captured the generosity of the Holiday Season.

Emily Terry, known as Raider Poker Girl to her loyal fans, ran a fantastic raffle event during the Deep Stack Tournament, raffling amazing prizes to all who donated a new, unwrapped toy. Not only was there an overwhelming show of support and generosity for the toy drive, but the Deep Stack Tournament was an end of year success, with the final pot winner taking home over $3,000 for first place.

With an extensive tournament calendar and larger than expected prize pools for a locals-favorite cardroom, Livermore Casino is the only place to play poker in the Tri-Valley. Tournament buy-ins are as little as $45, and every tournament has a first-place guarantee of at least $1,000 (minimum 20 players). Changes are happening regularly, so check out their website for the latest details (livermorecasino .net). Featuring rebuy, bounty and deep stack structures, the calendar features a little something for every tournament player. Finally, the generous $10/hour buy-in bonus (two hours maximum) is available to all tournament players interested in taking their winnings to the cash games or recouping their losses there.
