Plans are underway to build an office tower next to the Bay 101 Casino in San Jose, to complement the casino, Province Restaurant, and a 174-room Embassy Suites Hotel project. Brian Bumb, one of the property owners, was quoted by the San Jose Mercury News as saying, “We’re proud to be adding this office tower project to the rapidly expanding tech corridor of North San Jose.”
The office complex will have approximately 245,000 square feet and be nine stories tall.
