Livermore Casino just wrapped up their 2½ month Road to Rio qualifying event where five players won seats into the $1,500 WSOP Monster Stack tournament at the Rio Hotel and Casino along with $1,000 for travel expenses plus Livermore Casino Logo wear.
Although their players did not make it to the money, all are said to have had a very rewarding and fun experience and look forward to Livermore Casino’s next big tournament qualifying event … which brings us to Livermore Casino’s 2nd Annual Race to Tahoe tournament series.
Harvey’s Resort and Casino in Lake Tahoe will be hosting a WSOP Circuit Ring Event in November 2015. Livermore Casino will award several $1,675 seats to this event plus cash for travel expenses to the winners in their Race to Tahoe tournament series.
To qualify for a WSOP seat play in any of their daily poker tournaments, June 1 through Sept. 30. A point system will be used and the top 10 point earners each month will receive a seat into the Race to Tahoe Playoff Tournament to be held at Livermore Casino in October. Each month begins a new qualifying period, so everyone has a chance to win a seat. In addition, double points can be earned in their Sunday morning tournaments and their 7:00 p.m. tournaments on the last day of the month in June, July, August and September.
