San Pablo Lytton Casino employees want better pay and protections

The East Bay Times has reported that the union for workers at San Pablo Lytton Casino claims they are paid $2 an hour less than employees at nearby casinos and cardrooms. In addition to better wages they also want the option to take more than three unpaid months off work when having a child or injured.

The casino has to meet federal employment requirements but not those of California which are more stringent.
